This new $16.6 million senior living community located in Southeastern Connecticut offers spacious independent apartments as well as assisted living and memory care. There are an array of amenities including a fitness center, movie theater, pub, library and chapel.
Nelson-Rudie structural engineers designed this 188,810-square foot, four-story building alongside architectural firm Gori and Associates. The 115-unit building includes 32 independent, 62 assisted and 21 memory care units and is constructed of wood stud wall and wood truss framing on all four levels.
