Nelson-Rudie Welcomes Melissa Kelley-Jones and Kelly Noel to Its Board of Directors
MINNEAPOLIS, MN (July 10, 2026) – Nelson-Rudie is pleased to announce the appointments of Melissa Kelley-Jones, vice president of marketing and business development, and Kelly Noel, vice president of operations, to the firm’s board of directors.
Their appointments strengthen the board’s leadership and add valuable perspectives in business development, operations, and strategic growth as Nelson-Rudie continues to expand its impact across the engineering and design industry.
The board of directors provides governance and strategic oversight for the firm, helping guide decisions that support employees, clients, and shareholders while positioning Nelson-Rudie for long-term success.
