Jenna is known for her ability to identify opportunities for improvement, implement systems that enhance efficiency, and guide teams through periods of rapid change. Her work spans policy development, talent strategy, and organizational planning — functions she leads with a focus on transparency, alignment, and long-term stability.
Jenna has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Kaplan University and recently earned the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), the highest certification offered by SHRM.
