The Arlow Now Completed | October 28, 2021
Recently completed in the heart of downtown St. Paul and across from the Xcel Energy Center is The Arlow on Kellogg; Nelson-Rudie’s latest apartment/retail mixed-use building completed by our structural design team. The 209,000-square foot, six-story building provides 144 apartments, retail lease space on the first level and underground parking for 135 vehicles.
