Tyler and Evan from our structural practice conducted a site visit at our Silver Lake Crossing project in Rochester this week. This is a six-story, 112-unit apartment development for Silver Lake Crossings LLC, a company owned by Stencil Group. The 132,177-square foot building will have party and movie rooms, a fitness center and above-grade parking.
