Nelson-Rudie was hired by Retail Construction Services Inc. for mechanical and electrical design services on a tenant fit-out for a U.S. Bank branch in Broomfield, Colorado. The 1,785-square foot, single-story space occupies an end cap of an existing retail tenant building in a shopping center outlot building site. Features include a lobby area with ATMs, offices, break room, restrooms and other miscellaneous spaces.

The design was completed following U.S. Bank’s HVAC design criteria, plumbing and electrical requirements while accommodating for specific building configuration constraints. The HVAC system included packaged rooftop units and a split system air conditioning unit. The project also included plans for lighting, power and systems, roof power, electrical schedules and demolition.
