Since 1983, Nelson-Rudie has provided mechanical and electrical design services for Holiday Stationstores throughout the northern tier states and Alaska. We shape mechanical and electrical engineering construction documents for new stores and a variety of remodels as store services have expanded to include car washes and prepared foods.
Over the years working with Holiday, we have developed many different types and styles of prototypical stores where site specific requirements are also needed to fulfill developer and city requirements. Nelson-Rudie is well experienced in working on prototypical projects in developing projects that are both cost efficient and energy efficient and meets the needs and requests of owners and developers.
Recent changes in the prototypical stores include the lighting level changes of both in-store and site lighting as well as the complexity in the plumbing design for the newer high-tech car washes.
