Holiday Stationstore (#510)/Circle K is a new 6,658-square foot gas station with a convenience store and car wash in Ledgeview, Wisconsin. The franchise location features a 3,015-square foot sales floor with coolers, freezers and beverage centers; fuel canopies; a 930-square foot attached car wash; equipment and storage rooms; and two restrooms.

Circle K did not have a car wash prototype at the time of this project. Our engineers collaborated with the Holiday and Circle K design team to develop car wash prototype drawings for their Northern Tier market, based on the Holiday Stationstore car wash proven design.

Circle K is a subsidiary of Quebec-based Couche-Tard, one of the world’s leading convenience store retailers. Our company has a long history of convenience store work having completed 400+ projects for Holiday Companies. In 2017, Holiday was acquired by Alimentation Couche-Tard and became part of the Circle K family of stores.
