Kelly Noel Joins Nelson‑Rudie as Vice President of Operations
Nelson‑Rudie is pleased to welcome Kelly Noel as our new Vice President of Operations, a key leadership addition as the firm continues expanding its footprint across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Kansas City. Kelly’s arrival further strengthens our ability to grow with intention, support our people, and elevate how we deliver for clients during an exciting milestone year—our 50th anniversary.
Kelly brings extensive experience leading complex operations, engineering programs, and enterprise-wide initiatives for a major national retailer. Her background includes overseeing national engineering and store operations across a portfolio of more than 1,900 locations, giving her a deep understanding of how to scale efficiently, strengthen internal alignment, and support high-performing teams.

Her strong ties to both the Minneapolis–St. Paul and Kansas City communities also align well with our expanding regional presence.
