Micheal has been with Nelson‑Rudie since 2012 and brings deep experience leading complex mechanical systems projects across a wide range of markets. His work includes municipal ice arena and recreation facility upgrades, as well as store additions and renovations for a national retail chain. Throughout his tenure, Micheal has been a trusted technical leader known for disciplined design practices and a strong focus on mentorship.
