Feldmann Imports needed an expansion at its Bloomington, Minnesota facility to accommodate its growing dealership and maintenance operations. The $3.5 million project included a 34,326-square foot building expansion featuring a showroom, car wash and service center on the main level, along with a 9,986-square foot mezzanine level for office and parts storage.

Special MEP services included perimeter wall hydrants, interior wash-down systems in service bays, floor drainage systems, compressed air distribution systems, vehicle exhaust and make-up air systems, service bay lighting and building-mounted perimeter lighting. Power distribution systems were provided for owner-furnished vehicle service equipment, along with conduit raceway systems for phone and data infrastructure.
