Suzy brings 18 years of experience in learning and organizational development, with a career focused on building learning functions and knowledge-sharing systems that scale with the business. Her background includes designing learning programs, launching and optimizing learning management systems, and developing strategies that support leadership development, career laddering, and competency models aligned with organizational goals.
