Mr. Elhadad is a seasoned executive with a proven track record. Matt has a wealth of experience leading organizations in strategic initiatives to penetrate new markets, increase efficiency, shape a consistently positive client experience and drive business growth at speed and scale.
Matt has been with Nelson-Rudie since 2022, overseeing the company’s finance, human resources and ESOP domains. As president, maximizing the value of the company’s ESOP is a top priority. Furthermore, Matt is responsible for the strategic direction, championing change initiatives and building a solid ownership mentality.
Matt has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota-Crookston. Weekends and evenings, Matt donates his time and talents as board president of Minnesota Good Works, a nonprofit organization supporting exploited/trafficking survivors through mentorship. And if the Vikings are playing, he’s cheering … loudly!
